Practicing Abolition in the Classroom Series

Join Demointé Wesely and other aspiring abolitionist educators to explore Abolitionist Teaching Techniques, Resisting Carceral Logic in the Classroom, and Building Collective Courage so we can build a safe liberated future for all our children.

This workshop series consists of 3 workshops meeting monthly Saturdays, March 13,  April 10, & May 8. 9-11am PST.

Decolonize Your Classroom Workshop Series

Whether you teach Indigenous students or not, this workshop series will give you knowledge and tools to affirm Indigenous people and tribal nations in your classroom.

Join Hunkpapa Lakota educator Helen Thomas & others to explore Settler Colonialism and Decolonization, Indigenous Erasure, Sovereignty, and Knowledge Systems. This workshop series consists of 5 workshops. Recordings and resources will be available for those who are unable to attend.
