This can include implementation planning, leadership coaching, culture strategy, conflict support, and ongoing thought partnership.
For groups that need a skilled facilitator to hold space for connection, conflict, grief, decision-making, community-building, or restorative repair.
This can include circles, team conversations, restorative processes, community dialogues, and facilitated reflection spaces.
